Summer Reading 2026

Students are encouraged to participate in the Summer Reading Challenge by logging their reading.  Let's avoid that summer slide and read for at least 20 minutes each day! 

This challenge is available for all students attending Buddy Taylor Middle School for the year 2026-2027. Prizes will be given out for different amounts of time logged and will be distributed Week 2 of school. The Summer Reading Challenge runs from June 1st -July 31st, 2026.

Free books were given to all students who wished for them (including our rising 6th graders) and are still available to be picked up at the BTMS front office.

Students will log their reading in their Beanstack app found in Classlink.  If you need the password and username for the app itself, please call the BTMS front desk for that information. Paper Logs can be picked up at the BTMS front office or website.
