Step 1: Students must complete 2019-2020 Student Device Loan Form online. 

Step 2: Pay the Technology Usage Fee online. If new students do not show a fee online, they may need to pay in person at the school.

Step 3:
 A device will be issued to the student through the school's technology office located in or near the school's media center.

If usage fee payments can not be paid online, then it can be paid in person at the time of the device distribution by: credit/debit cards, cash or a check. We can not accept American Express. Checks MUST be made out to FCSB, have the students name in the memo, have a phone number on it & list the actual amount of the usage fee.
